IPhone Blogging

I’ve been experimenting with a number of different photographic tools. Recently I’ve been pleased to use my Sony NEX–6 camera as a wifi image distribution point. My iPhone connects to its wifi signal and allows me to easily transmit full image quality JPEG files to its camera roll using a program called Playmemories Mobile.

I then process these pictures using the awesome Photogene iPhone app and from there I post to all of the various services/sites that accept images. For the purpose of this blog I can export a processed Sony image from Photogene back to the Camera Roll for inclusion in a blog entry using the Blogpress app which I’m presently using to write this entry.

The end result of all this is that all I need for photo blogging is my Sony Camera and an iPhone. And of course I can even more easily post a processed image taken directly with my iPhone. I do prefer using my Sony NEX camera however and it’s wifi features certainly encourage most frequent and convenient image uploads.

And here’s a picture that I took a few days ago with the Sony camera.
